Fall 2008 Programs
A team of trained coaches lead the discussions, fun activities and games that combine experiential learning
with physical fitness. Topics include accepting other's differences, throwing negative behaviors away, healthy
nutrition, inner beauty is cool, active listening, how to stop gossip, and community service. Girls from all
schools and towns welcome!  The 1st session starts S
eptember 2, 2008.  Registration fee is $125.
Stuff!
Registration is limited to 15 girls per group and is on a first come first serve basis.
Girls on the Run meets rain or shine.
The $125 fee includes not only the life skill and leadership sessions and training but also a t-shirt, water
bottle, race entry fee, and snacks at each session.
Scholarships are available! We want GOTR to be accessible to all girls.

Group 1: Girls on the Run at St. Helena Elementary School: Tues and Thurs: 3:30 - 4:45
Group 2: Girls on the Run at Yountville Elementary School: Mon and Wed: 4:15 - 5:30  
Group 3 Girls on Track at St. Helena RLS Middle School Field: Tues and Thurs: 3:30 to 4:45
Group 4 Girls on Track at American Canyon Middle School: Mon 3:15 - 4:30 and Wed 12:45 - 2:00
Group 5 Girls on the Run at Sunrise Montessori Elementary School in Napa: Tues and Thurs: 3:30 - 4:45
Group 6 Girls on the Run at Irene M. Snow in Napa: Mon 2:45 - 4:00 and Wed 12:45 - 2:00

All groups will run, walk, skip, leap or cartwheel all the way to the finish line of the S
t. Helena Harvest Festival Fun Run on Saturday, October 18th and a community service project the week of October 28th.
