Girls on the Run Napa Valley

Girls on the Run (GOTR) Napa Valley offers after school programs, Girls on the Run and Girls on Track, for
Girls Only! It combines running, wellness and life skills for third to fifth and sixth to eighth graders from any
school, aged eight to 14, all fitness levels, who believe in girl power!

empower girls to:
Develop positive self esteem
Respect others and cooperate in a group
Build supportive relationships
Strive to achieve personal goals
Improve health and fitness
Have fun!
